Maintenance also allows customers to upgrade their software with new versions released during the Maintenance period. IFM provide all end-user support. Adhoc Helpdesk and maintenance can be supplied on an hourly rate to customers not on Maintenance, please contact IFM for a quote. All IFM products and solutions come with extensive documentation, including online help and a comprehensive user guide. We supply a reference guide for developers working with IFM products and solutions.
